Usually if you are at PHASE1 \u2013 there may be an individual contributor for backend roles or it may be outsourced, and your revenue generating teams may be heavily crossed between meeting clients and submitted reports.<br \/>\nSo foremost<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure they communicate effectively amongst themselves, and if it a services or products related there are no loose ends. Clients need not know your internal challenges.<br \/>\nHave daily stand- up meets or team huddles.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Plan work Ensure that they all plan their week and also set aside time for ad-hoc or unforeseen emergencies both work and personal. SO that they can align their individual goals to the organization\u2019s goals. Then an organization can run like a well-oiled machine. Because all parts of the large machinery are in alignment<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Discuss wins and losses both in weekly meets. Discuss a tough delivery loop with a client or a minor issue with a vendor which keeps repeating, but look at internal processes directly associated with these incidences.
