\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Plan work Ensure that they all plan their week and also set aside time for ad-hoc or unforeseen emergencies both work and personal. SO that they can align their individual goals to the organization\u2019s goals. Then an organization can run like a well-oiled machine. Because all parts of the large machinery are in alignment<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Discuss wins and losses both in weekly meets. Discuss a tough delivery loop with a client or a minor issue with a vendor which keeps repeating, but look at internal processes directly associated with these incidences. It\u2019s easier to correct the internal than the external.<\/p>\n
